BSNL moves to TDSAT

Once again BSNL has moved to TDSAT against The TRAI. This move was due to an order of TRAI in which the regulator ordered to reduce carriage charges from 65 paise to 20 paise a minute ir-respective of distance. BSNL will be facing major losses if the new rates are inforced.
