PSUs say No to unbundling

BSNL and MTNL the telecom PSUs have firmly opposed unbundling of their networks last mile to private operators for broadband services. At the very first meeting of a PMO appointed panel on the opening of PSU network for increasing broadband penetration, BSNL said that there networks were copper network were very old and only seven million out of the total 42 million fixed lines can be used for providing broadband.
