US telecom major AT&T Inc has returend to India. AT&T is going to invest a sum of Rs. 18.50 cr in India. AT&T is one of the companies which will bid for NLD, ILD and ISP licences. The telecom major will bid for the licences in a Joint-venture with an Indian company.
